Team Administrator
(Human Resources)
Salary £17,070.00 - £18,103.00 per annum
Human Resources is a core central function of the business and provides valuable support, advice and guidance to all areas of the College. We are looking for highly efficient administrator to join our team to undertake a range of administrative duties. With customer service a key driver in all that we do, you will be involved in administering all stages of the recruitment cycle including; responding to enquiries, arranging interviews, completing offer paperwork, on boarding of new employees and updating both electronic and paper based systems. In addition you will support the full remit of Human Resources operations including training and development, benefits administration and absence management.
You will be a quick learner and able to support a number of core people processes simultaneously. The production of core documentation through the use of templates and the adherence to service level agreements will be critical to this role.
Of graduate calibre or equivalent, you will have proven experience in an administrative role in a professional environment. Previous experience of a human resources team would be advantageous, although not essential, as your strong administration skills, drive and customer focus will be the most important attributes to enable you to perform effectively in this role. You will be able to demonstrate attention to detail; be flexible in your approach and enjoy a challenge. The current team enjoys a strong work ethic and you will enjoy working at a fast pace contributing to the positive relations we have with our customers.
