1st Line Tech Support Trainee
Leeds LS10

Our client, a small but rapidly growing specialist telecoms business based in Leeds, needs a additional staff in their support team to help customers.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer queries and inbound calls
  • Setting up Handsets/Mobile Phones for customers
  • Providing assistance when an issue arises
  • Administrative support for our Managing Director
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Providing remote support to customers

You'll need:

  • To be confident, motivated and have experience in a customer facing role
  • To be friendly, articulate and have a great telephone manner
  • To be numerate and PC literate with an attention to detail
  • To be a confident user of Microsoft Office applications

We would like:

  • You to be tech savy
  • Know the difference between an APN and an IP address
  • Have dealt with customers or telecoms before
  • Knowledge of phone systems such as Avaya
