Position: Business Analyst - Financial Services - Technology / Business Change
Location: Croydon
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Benefits

Our company client is a highly regarded specialist technology solutions organisation who are actively seeking to appoint an ambitious and articulate Business Analyst to join their vibrant team based in Croydon. This role is suitable for a tenacious and enthusiast professional looking to progress in their career within a market leading brand within the Financial Services industry.
Key responsibilities and duties performed:
* You will be pivotal in supporting the businesses Senior Project Managers with a variety of critical projects
* Engagement of business experts to understand businesses current and future requirements
* The production of high level/ detailed requirement reports
* Detailed analysis of business issues with sharp commercial/ technical skills to bridge together multiple areas of the business (IT, Business, Operations)
* Work with key internal and external stakeholders to produce detailed project documentation outlining key requirements
* Collaborative working with system analysts whenever necessary
* Extensive planning/ facilitation / delivery of workshops combined with key stakeholder management capability
* Excellent requirement gathering ability for major/ key programmes.
Essential knowledge and key skills required:
* Business Analyst experience within the financial services industry
* Insurance industry is advantageous but not limited to.
