Joining them as a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the shift operation of the Yard, covering safety, despatch scheduling, stock organisation.

Responsible for picking accuracy, product damage and pre-picking of loads as required and coordinating load schedule to prioritise load slots, you will be accountable for the maintenance and performance of the yard; including loading slot optimisation, customer experience improvement and financial improvement through cost reduction. 

Following safe working practices and procedures including timely reporting of accidents and emergencies, you must demonstrate strong leadership principals and promote and foster team working. 

To be successful in this role, candidates must be computer literate and a working knowledge of SAP is preferred.  With excellent communication skills and proven experience in Root Cause Analysis, you should have a strong initiative, a positive attitude and be capable of managing your own workload.
