Salary £8.25 p/hr + Excellent Benefits + Flexible Working Hours

Our client offers personalised and responsive support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and for older people who may have dementia. Their services work with people’s needs, enabling them to be part of their community, maximising their independence and well being. They are currently looking for Operational Support Assistants to join their customer focused and administration team. They have vacancies across a number of different sites including: Chester, Ellesmere Port, Northwich and Winsford.

About the role
As an Operational Support Assistant you will be part of the team to provide general administration support and customer services that include:

• Reception and responding to general enquiries
• Keeping customer records updated
• General tidying, stock control, and managing deliveries
• Hospitality, arranging meetings and transport for customers
• Administration, filing, producing documents, collating and distributing data
• Cash handling, logging customer property and valuables
• General administration and customer care duties

About you
You will have relevant support administrator experience and working towards an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Additionally you will have:
• Ability to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility and responsiveness to the changing needs of the business
• A real desire to improve customer services and the life of the customer
