In these exciting and varied roles, you will provide great customer experiences by resolving customer calls and sometimes e-mail and live chats in personalized, friendly and efficient way.

You must provide a quiet home office equipped with a dedicated telephone line, a wired broadband connection, a dedicated desktop PC, a monitor, a telephone handset and handsets, all meeting our specifications. * You can choose shifts between 7am-10pm in accordance with client specific guidelines. **Successful applicants must attend a virtual, mandatory, paid, full-time training course of between 2 and 9 weeks dependant upon the client’s requirement. *** Depending on weekly hours and successful probation.
