Our client work closely with their business and public sector customers to provide a range of water services. As the market becomes increasingly competitive, we are driving service improvements to meet their customers’ changing expectations. With great customer service at the heart of everything they do, they are winning new business and have a rapidly expanding team as a result.

Managing and driving the performance of the customer contact team, the Contact Centre Team Leader must ensure a world-class, customer focussed service is delivered and that value added service targets are achieved.

Working with the Customer Service Operations Manager, you will build a high performing team and manage inbound and outbound customer contact ensuring compliance with company procedures, service standard and compliance in relation to customer experience, income collections and value added services. You will lead, develop and provide performance management, coaching and training to the team to enable them to maximise performance.

They are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated individual who has a wealth of experience gained within a business-to-business customer service environment. An excellent decision maker who is able to think from a customer’s point of view, you will have strong organisational and prioritising skills and the ability to manage projects as well as day-to-day operations.

An experienced Manager, you will ideally have familiarity of the utilities market however this is by no means essential. All that they ask is that you are a committed management team player who thrives in a fast paced, rapidly expanding business. Management experience is essential and experience of contact centre is desirable – if this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!
