Furniture Design Junior (Full time)

Based in Reading, 18 - 20K starting salary with fast scope to increase with progress made

This company is a leading player in Interior Office Design and Build, offering innovative solutions to an impressive portfolio of clients. They have a brand new design opportunity within their Furniture Team providing office furniture solutions as part of an Interior Office Fit Out.

The Role
- Auto CAD
- Working alongside a Senior Designer delivering innovative office furniture design solutions
- Client facing/ liaising with manufacturers/ suppliers
- Creating mood boards
- Using Powerpoint to confirm finishes
- Detailing
- Creating colour plan presentations for Client and Project Manager
- Keep a current and updated finishes library

Create full installation packages for Client, Project Manager and Project management team prior to install and keep the team updated

Key skills
- Auto CAD - experienced user
- Excel/ general IT
- Interior Design Furniture trained - experience not essential
- Passion and drive for office furniture design
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
