An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join Dupree Mortgage Solutions based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
Dupree Mortgage Solutions has been successfully operating in the new build market for over 20 years.
As an Administration Assistant you will work closely with our team of Financial Advisers, with duties including:
- Answering the telephone
- Processing emails
- Accurate data input
- Using Sage Pay
- Sending reports
- General office administration.
An ideal Administration Assistant will need to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, financial institutions, insurance providers and our business partners. You will also possess the following skills:
- Have a friendly personality
- A good telephone manner
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in Financial Services.
Your working hours will be:
- Working hours will be either 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Monday-Friday with 3 weekend days to be worked over each 8 weekend period.
In return for this you will receive a salary of £18,000 per annum
