Holiday Property Bond
Tigh Mor, Trossachs, Scotland
The Holiday Property Bond is seeking to appoint a full-time Manager for one of its flagship sites consisting of:
- 76 self-catering holiday properties, diverse public rooms, restaurant (outsourced) and leisure facilities - including indoor pool
- Victorian central building, various annex buildings and extensive grounds
- A team of approx. 15 full/part-time staff plus contract cleaners
The role involves the management of all aspects of the site and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exacting standards of service expected by our clients.
Applicants should have a background in hospitality management, be conscientious, enthusiastic and a sense of humour is essential. IT & accountancy skills as well as experience in managing renovation projects are advantageous. Ideally the successful applicant should live locally and have their own transport.
