Your role

Due to continued growth in the business, we are now looking for a full time UK Administrator to join the business support team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and take ownership of the role. Time management and attention to detail are two key aspects of this role and this will be assessed at the interview stage.  Your duties will include:

·Processing all UK sales orders

·Acting as a point of contact for all UK customers and dealing with queries

·Raising  invoices and credit notes

·Supporting the UK Sales team

·Maintaining office samples stock and processing samples requests

·Liaising with sub-contractor warehouse

·Reception and administrative duties

Essential Requirements:

·Sage 50 Accounts experience (minimum of 1 year)

·Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

·Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must.

·Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Desirable Requirements:

·Sales order processing on Sage 50 Accounts
