A specialist SEN school are looking to appoint a permanent full time Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student with Autism. The school offer excellent support and staff development opportunities within a unique education setting.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. You will be supporting a students with Autism and complex needs. Students within the school will also show challenging behaviour so experience working with students with EBD is ideal. The main focus of the role is to be able to build positive relationships with the pupil/pupils you are assigned to.

Experience with learning disabled children or young adults
