My client are a well established local firm, who are going through a period of expansion.
They require someone to work within their already established Finance Office.
The ideal candidate will come from a varied and fast paced finance environment. You will have been responsible for your own workload.
You will be responsible for processing of orders/quotes/purchasing mailbox. Ensure all spreadsheets are up to date and published.
You will complete purchase Requests, K.P.I and costings. You will also be responsible for matching delivery notes against PO's and investigate discrepancies. Manage the purchasing process, and new supplier process
You will Identify areas of improvement in the Purchasing function/processes. Chase orders/deliveries, liaise with suppliers and staff to keep all informed of the status of active orders.
You will assist the Finance Team and be responsible for monitoring stationery levels and other consumables. On occasion you will provide cover for reception and Ad hoc duties commensurate with the position as required by the Finance team.
You will also have experience of completing your own administration and producing reports when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills.
