We are currently recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support Services Assistant here at South Devon College. The post requires you to be the first point of contact for all enquiries or issues relating to IT within the college, provide excellent customer care service to internal and external customers. You will work closely with both staff and learners, and escalating calls to the computer services team when required.
The successful candidate will need to hold a BTEC National Diploma or equivalent, with the opportunity to do a Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) Degree Level 6 Apprenticeship, have strong communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, excellent rational and problem solving skills whilst remaining calm under pressure.
