Our client has a vacancy for a Conveyancing Administrator. The main duties of this full time role will be to provide an efficient and effective service to new clients by opening new files and production of standard letters and documents as directed. File opening to include entry of data into a case management system and compliance with the firm's money laundering requirements i.e. obtaining clear results via Call ML and if referred then producing standard letters to clients requesting proof of identification. You will be providing crucial administrative support to our experienced team with a demanding workload. This means that you must be able to handle pressure, have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise your daily work load. You will need to have a confident telephone manner as you will have contact with existing and prospective new clients. Previous experience of working in a busy residential Conveyancing or office environment would be advantageous, however, training will be given as appropriate.
