Due to company expansion, our prestigious Spalding based company is looking to recruit a HR Manager to work 3 days a week.
The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of Human Resources

Qualifications
• Attained a CIPD or equivalent qualification or qualified by experience
• Clean, full driving licence preferred
Experience
• Previous experience in Human Resources management
• Experience of working in a broad range of HR areas
• HR Policy and Procedures Knowledge
• Knowledge of employment law and its practical application
Skills
• Confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development
• Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Difficult situation solving Skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• HR Practices Skills
• Effective IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Interested in and able to keep up to date with the business in which they work
