Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Due to continuing growth and success an excellent opportunity has now arisen at our Nottingham office for an enthusiastic Solicitor with at least five years post qualification experience in this area to join our expanding team of Clinical Negligence specialists. The successful candidate will inherit some existing cases initially and there will be a requirement to build upon this with a view to running their own full Clinical Negligence caseload. He or she will also be responsible for supervision of a team of junior solicitors and paralegals and will be expected to contribute to business development activities.
We are looking for candidates with a positive and proactive outlook and approach who thrive on working in a busy and pressured environment and who are keen to play an active role in business development through attending networking and marketing events where necessary. Candidates will also be able to demonstrate that they are organised and articulate with excellent IT and administration skills and can work on their own initiative whilst embracing the culture of working in an open team environment.
