We're looking for an inspirational Creative Lead / Senior Creative to act as brand guardian and lead a high performing team of 7 designers and artworkers for a local charity in Swindon. This is an opportunity to take complete ownership of the creative output of the studio and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
The company.
Having undergone lots of institutional change over the last couple of years, this charity are within the leisure industry and provide exceptional customer experiences across the country. The brand have significant kudos and are working on some high profile creative projects, both on and offline.
The role.
The main focus for this role is to lead the visual strategy and direction of the consumer brand across all departments. You'll need to approve design and artwork, lead and inspire the team and present and secure buy-in of creative concepts to senior stakeholders. The Creative Lead / Senior Creative will have a background in print / packaging / photography / video production and also experience of managing external agencies and suppliers.
The experience we need.
- Proven track record of Creative Leadership in a studio
- Brand Guardianship
- Consumer focused experience
- Well organised with excellent all round communications
- Ability to present and get buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Design for print, packaging, marketing communications, scamps
- BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design or a similar discipline
- Photography and video art direction
