This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Assistant with excellent customer service skills to join a market leading business based in High Wycombe. This is a fast paced and friendly team that offers progression and a fun working environment. You will be working as part of a busy Engineering administration team and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of service to all clients as first point of contact for enquiries, call-outs and visits. Key Responsibilities Raising cases on CRM within time and contractual constraints.Liaising with customers - regarding any ad-hoc engineering needs, problems or queriesTaking incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers.Respond to in-house or client requests for job updates, either written or verbal.Closure or update CRM cases within 24hours, ensuing accurate tracking information and loading of job sheets as required, chasing where necessary.Ensuring customers are aware of any issues following engineering attendance.Ensuring all orders for parts required to complete outstanding jobs are passed to Senior Engineer/Engineering Co-ordinator for prompt action.Raising machine paperwork, invoicing in conjunction with Service Administrator.Daily notification/allocation to Engineers of workload and daily calls.General administration.Any other task required by Management Essential Skills / Requirements Excellent communication skills and telephone mannerOutstanding customer service skillsFriendly and outgoing personality If you have the relevant experience please apply for this role ASAP.
