THE COMPANY:
McBride Partners Search and Selection (Part of the Brewster Pratap Recruitment Group) are working alongside one the largest property and land regeneration businesses in the country as they look to recruit an exciting new role within the business.
Due to substantial growth within the business, they are now looking to recruit a Development Manager.
THE JOB:
Working closely with the Development Director, you will be responsible for the management, coordination and development of strategies for major projects within the company's portfolio.
You will be expected to develop good relationships with all stakeholders, identify a suitable plan for the progress of each development project you manage, establish market demand and negotiate and contract all land sales and developments.
THE PERSON:
Degree educated, possess a thorough understanding of commercial property contracts and feasilbility documents. Ideally, you will also possess an equivalent relevant professional qualification (RICS/RTPI/ICE) and be willing to take appropriate steps towards improving and maintaining the image and perfomance of your projects and the compan, working closely with your colleagues and offering wider support to the team.
