Sales Representative

Sales Representative required by family firm in Norwich. To increase and develop the sales across the company. Based in Norfolk but prepared to travel as required when the role develops.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative to join an established firm. The successful candidate will benefit from working with a professional, friendly and experienced team who compliment each others strengths. As a growing company, this role would suit somebody wanting a variety of experiences from establishing good processes to being part of a team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- In depth product knowledge
- Plan and implementing own work schedule
- To develop and maintain relationships across the full range of customers from blue chip companies to domestic customers
- Ability to close the sale
- Good accurate administration and record keeping
- Excellent customer services skills and the ability to negotiate disputes with tact and diplomacy that maintains a relationship.
- To use all available sales techniques including, paper, internet, email, telephone and cold calling.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and identify areas that customers can benefit from new technology and products.
- Maintain ownership to completion of contract.
This person should be:
- Self-motivated and confident to work without supervision and to deadlines
- Ability to adapt and work effectively on a variety of tasks
- High standards of accuracy
- Organisational skills and efficiency shown through good practice and processes
- Approachable and good interpersonal skills.

Essential:

- Full Driving Licence
- Ability to communicate in good clear technical English
- Good computer skills with experience of CRM and accounts system
