Working with a global toys and sporting goods distributor, we are recruiting for a new role as National Account Manager, to lead and deliver a sales strategy for brands within the business, across both existing and new accounts

The position requires an experienced and self-motivated National Account Manager with proven ability and results in the non food FMCG space, to create and deliver a sales strategy for across UK channels.

This is a new role within the business and will require the candidate to open up new channels of business, as well as work closely with the existing sales team to maximise opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships and exceed customer expectations.

What we are looking for in applicants is someone is has 8 years plus experience as a NAM within the FMCG, CPG, toy or outdoor sporting goods industry, a degree in Business or a related are and a demonstrable success in managing a business portfolio with a national retailer

This role would be perfect for someone coming from the toy/ sporting industry, who has worked with client in the value channel and someone who is hungry to go into the marketplace and find new opportunities outside of the toy industry space
