This long established, highly regarded practice with a fantastic reputation amongst the local community are seeking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 5 Years PQE to join their Private Client department.
The Role
Will involve handling your own caseload consisting of; Will Drafting, Probate matters, Power of Attorney, Contentious Probate, Trusts and acting as an Executor or Trustee.
The Ideal Applicant
Will be a Qualified Solicitor, who possess a minimum of 5 Years PQE within the Private Client sector. STEP Membership would be advantageous but not essential.
