Our client, based in Newcastle under Lyme, are looking to recruit a "Account Manager" to support the effective management of driver and vehicle information using bespoke business systems. To act as the first line point of contact for query resolution. To ensure that client specific SLAs are met in full at all times.

Responsibilities will include:
* To be the dedicated point of contact for clients, drivers and suppliers, delivering excellent customer service levels in a fast paced environment.
* To develop strong relationships with stakeholders in order to resolve challenges for clients and drivers within agreed SLAs.
* To provide accurate and timely reporting across a number of focus areas.
* To retain current industry knowledge around health and safety and duty of care for fleet management.
* To ensure that statutory obligations are met in relation to record keeping and updating systems (for example Motor Insurance Database).
* To carry out fleet related tasks such as allocating drivers and vehicles, cost centre coding, document validation and booking hire vehicles.
* To support the business in reviewing process and documentation to ensure continual improvement is delivered for both clients and the business.
* To support the escalation of complaints to appropriate stakeholders and management for resolution.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
* Strong focus on delivering great service to clients.
* Office administration processes.
* MS Office skills - esp. Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables etc.).
* Accurate and efficient data input and validation.
* Strong data analysis and interpretation.
* Ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
* Motivated by desire to exceed SLAs and targets.
* Strong verbal and written skills.
* Attention to detail.
