We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Controller to join our Aldershot team. The successful candidate will be responsible for organising a team of technicians, maximising productivity and ensuring quality and service levels are met or exceeded.
If you have experience in managing a busy workshop and have an excellent understanding of cars and vehicle repair we would like to hear from you.
Job Role:
- Optimise performance of production facilities
- Effective management of workshop staff ensuring efficient work schedule
- Monitor individual performance to minimise non-productive time
- Implement/manage work processes ensuring quality/service levels are met
- Establish, maintain and promote good working relations
- Manage control reports and computer systems
- Allocate work accordingly to skill levels optimising efficiency and labour sales
We require an individual who has a proactive, methodical and organised approach to work with good technical knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Motor Trade Business that rewards hard work and provides opportunity to advance your skills.
