My client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their fast-paced team in their state of the art service department based in the heart of Staffordshire. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a growing top 10 automotive group and who is also wanting to take the next step in their Automotive career.
The Role:
* Responsible for meeting and greeting customers as they arrive in in the dealership.
* Explaining to customers about the services provided and what could be wrong with their vehicle.
* Communicate to customers about the services being offered.
* Communicate to customers an optional services or accessories.
* Keeping up to date on any work of the customer's vehicles and letting them know any updates.
* Working alongside the Workshop and communicating with them to do with repairs.
* To liaise effectively with all the service advisors, parts staff and workshop manager/Controller
What we are looking for
* Previous main dealer experience desired
* Kerridge experience is ideal.
* A Fantastic customer service background
* Good telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers.
What's on offer?
Salary GBP17,000 - GBP18,000 Basic
OTE GBP20,000
Monday - Friday
Saturday morning rota
