Cemap Commercial Mortgage Broker
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a person who would like to continue their career in mortgage broking.
Our client is seeking a Mortgage Broker to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be confident and ambitious with a mature personality and excellent communication skills.
You must be literate and numerate with strong IT skills, a team player with good sales acumen and someone who will be committed to the role.
Experience required:
- Previous broking skills or experience is essential
being CAS qualified is essential
cemap 1,2,3 qualified essential
- Previous sales experience or experience within a banking or finance environment would also be advantageous, and equally someone with a background in insurance or estate agency could have a number of transferable skills.
The role will include:
- Interfacing, dealing with clients, solicitors and lenders, case management, liaising with clients, identifying requirements and finding suitable lenders.
- Attending property auctions in London and the Midlands following an initial training period.
Our client is a property investor who is looking to secure finance on investment properties, typically buy to let or commercial properties.
A full driving licence is essential.
In return you can expect a competitive basic salary + excellent commission structure OTE GBP40,000.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 17:30 pm
