The Opportunity
Working with this retained client we are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Shift manager to work in this established fresh food Norfolk Coast bar and restaurant.

The Role
• As shift manager you will report directly into the Assistant Manager / General Manager and will manage a team of staff beneath you.
• The role requires a customer focused individual who is hands on, an approachable manager who can train, develop and mentor the front of house team
• The restaurant can service up to 200 people on a weekend with a packed bustling bar
• The Head Chef runs a fresh food kitchen and a great brigade, there is good working cohesion between front and back of house and the new candidate will need to ensure that the lines of communication are open at all times
• As F & B Shift manager you will be polite, honest, front facing and experienced in a quality fresh food environment, experience of private dining advantageous.
• You will need to possess an excellent telephone manner, be able to work to deadlines, be organised and ensure the restaurant and bar areas are ready for service.
• You will need to have knowledge of cashing up, locking up, ordering stocks and doing shift hand overs.
Summary:
Long term permanent role within a progressive company
Contracted hours 45 Hours - Shifts lates and earlies
Rota's done 3 weeks in advance!
Accommodation available GBP45 per week!
