Regional Recruitment Consultant/ In-house Recruitment Advisor
Based Midlands Paying up to 30k + car HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service client is a successful Solihull based Service business.
Due to customer growth they are looking to hire in-house regional recruitment/ resourcing advisors.
NRS client requires the successful candidate to have
?????? experience conducting face to face and telephone interviews
?????? gravitas to deal with all sorts of people
?????? a background in recruitment, e.g. recruitment consultant, recruitment manager, resourcing manager, resourcing advisor or similar
?????? experience & full understanding of MI (management information), job fill ratios etc.
?????? experience of dealing with multiple vacancies/ jobs at any one time, and the importance of filling them to required deadlines.
?????? Be fully aware of social media, advertising and dealing with agencies
?????? Experience of compliance and employment legislation when hiring

The role is to ensure that regional resourcing requirements are met within an allocated region so that there is sufficient new hires to meet the requirements of customers. You will be driving to multiple sites in the region. Responsible for regional resource planning
You will ensure all local initiatives represent multi channels to market, including digital, social media, referrals, local events and local advertising as well as been ahead of the curve in terms of new initiatives
Responsible for the recruitment process follows all employment law; creating MI on all aspects of the recruitment process whilst ensuring candidate experience is at the heart of all processes
Measurements of Success

??????Fulfilment rate on required number of hire
??????Improved attrition
??????Reduction in attraction costs
