Fast-Track Trainee Recruitment Consultant Programme
Salary + OTE in year 1 up to GBP25,000 per annum
Commission + Bonus + Incentives from Day 1

The recruitment industry is exciting but is a highly-competitive, demanding, and fast-paced sector. To equip you for this role we will give you structured training. We will enrol you in to the InteractionTraining Academy and give you one-to-one coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry.
Running a recruitment desk is much like running your own business, but with stability and complete training in place. A lot of recruitment can be consistent cold-calling with little return, this is not the case with driving recruitment. There is a national shortage of drivers; as a result you will get more bites from your calls than any other sector of recruitment. You are set up to succeed, whether you do or not is a choice, not fortune!' Scott - Graduate Trainee.

High-achievers already working within recruitment or sales setting

Graduates with a 2:1 Degree (or higher) who can demonstrate post university work in a target driven environment.

What is the role?
This is a sales role where you will be responsible on a daily basis for identifying and winning new business. Although predominantly sales, recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. I
At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn up to GBP25K. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high-achievers earning GBP50k+ per annum and many earning GBP75k+. For individuals with aspirations to move into leadership, Interaction provides talented individuals the opportunity to quickly achieve promotion to Senior Consultant, Manager, Regional Manager and Director.
