Our clients are a large National Training provider who are rapidly expanding, and as such are looking to recruit a Regional Engagement Manager to join their team, managing a team of Employer Engagement Consultants throughout London.

JOB PURPOSE:

To support and motivate a team of Employer Engagement Consultants, to build and maintain relationships with key employers, stakeholders and delivery partners to source eligible learners for their Adult Skills training courses.
To identify and build relationships with national and commercial stakeholders.

DUTIES:

- To lead and motivate a team of Engagement Consultants across contracts.
- Promoting adult skills courses and other contracts to key referral partner agencies, to ensure occupancy targets on training programmes.
- Working with employers to promote Maths & English support services for employed learners, to up-skill their workforce with functional skills.
- Working with employers to source potential managed job vacancies, and structure bespoke pre-employment training courses for their recruitment needed.
- Identify and mobilise partnership opportunities within the company.
- Achievement of referral target
- Achievement of employer engagement target working across a range of industries and contracts.
- Account management of employer relationships.
- Establish, build and maintain partnerships with a wide portfolio of existing and potential partners to fulfil the business needs through regular contact and management.
- Actively seek new business opportunities with stakeholders.
- Develop a network of relationships with employed learners through business development and marketing engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of specified business development activity and provide timely and consistent data using CRM systems.
- Identify key networking opportunities to maximise your impact on your centre(s) and supply chain referrals increasing income opportunities.
- Deliver pitches and presentations to referral partners and stakeholders to secure new business.
- Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge and understanding of all funding opportunities.
- Advertise and promote the company to referral partners, employers and potential learners using a wide range of techniques in order to achieve learner acquisition targets
- Attend networking events and other promotional opportunities, maintaining a professional and credible profile on their behalf - these may be outside of normal working hours, so some flexibility is required.
- Keep up to date with labour markets and our competitor's offers.
- Contribute to maintaining a high quality.
- Build strong relationships across the business, share best practices, opportunities and knowledge.
- Fully participate in the evolution of the team function through good communication, taking on responsibility when required and sharing information with the rest of the team.
- Assist in the development and distribution of appropriate marketing material to increase awareness of the brand in the market place.
- Undertake any additional duties as reasonably required by your manager

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of managing a team or can demonstrate the required skill set
• Proven success in a target-driven sales environment
• Proven success in generating high levels of repeat business
• Proven success in developing and managing long term business partnerships
• Strong and confident presentation skills
• Pragmatic and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Confidence in networking, building effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office applications
• A current valid driving licence and own car

Salary is GBP27-30k, plus car allowance, OTE and benefits
