Start ASAP We are recruiting for 7.5 T Drivers to join our team.Working as a KNOWHOW Driver/Installer, you will deliver and install our innovative products to our Currys and PC World customers' homes.
The Role The role requires delivering 'White Goods' to customer's homes, in a 7.5 T vehicle with an experienced drivers mate. Based in Wednesbury you will deliver and install domestic appliances within the region. With the customer at the heart of all they do, you will offer exceptional customer service at every stage of the process. The role requires working on a rota basis 5 days a week which will include weekends and public/bank holidays.
Requirements Essential
•You must hold the relevant CAT C1 licence
•Be over 25 and under 65 of age due to insurance restrictions
•No more than 3 Points on licence
•Digital tachograph card
•CPC Training
Desirable
•Retail delivery experience is preferred but not essential
•Excellent customer service skills
•A background in installation of white goods would be an advantage
•Act in a calm and professional manner at all times
•Be professional and presentable at all times
•Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances
