Full Time/Part Time across a 7-day rota, including early and late shifts

All applicants must be available over 7 day rota ( flexibility is key)

The hours of work are as follows:

Arrive at 6.30am for a 7.00am start until 1.30pm (day shifts) & 1pm arrive to start at 1.30pm - 9pm Mon - Fri

Sat 8-6pm
Sun 8 -2pm

Weekends are currently being worked at 1 in 4

The Lead Nurse is a high profile role combining clinical and managerial responsibilities, which is suitable for confident, articulate nurse manager, who has excellent clinical, leadership and patient relationship skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a quality outpatient or primary care setting
have experience in the supervision and management of a team
be a confident clinician with the ability to lead
have chronic disease qualification(s) or equivalent experience
the ability to undertake a wide range of senior nursing duties such as audits, performance, service development.
triage and telephone triage experience
Independent nurse prescribing qualification desirable.
