Housing Support Worker- West Yorkshire
GBP7.20-9.00 p/hr LTD
Leeds
A support worker is required to work with adults aged between 16-65 yrs. This is a short term facility for vulnerable people who have faced difficulties due to mental health issues, substance misuse or those who face homelessness for any other factor.
Duties include:
Supporting the adults with a view to live independently on a one to one basis
Assisting in planning, delivering and evaluating programmes to meet people's health and wellbeing
Enabling adults to eventually manage their own tenancies.
Essential Requirement:
Must have some previous experience in housing or in a similar supported environment
You will have excellent communication skills
