The role.

Our Client a forward thinking innovative company that is looking to recruit driven individuals to join our claims team. The environment will suit hard working, highly motivated individuals seeking a career and personal development within the legal services sector.

The role will require you to have ownership and accountability for your customer base and will handle outbound calls to gather information and ensure the smooth running of the customer's journey. The role will involve taking detail regarding the customers claim, adding value upselling company services where possible, you will be required to meet targets and KPI's.

Duties will include:
* Providing professional and efficient customer service to the client
* Maintain client records and in house data base with accurate information
* Highlight issues and communicate effectively internally to ensure these are addressed

The Person

* Previous experience of working within the claims industry is beneficial. However, any Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, Customer Service experience will be considered. (minimum one year)
* Ability to meet targets and hit KPI's
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong attention to detail & a keen eye for detail

The Package
* Basic pay is GBP14k per annum
* Bonus/Commission paid monthly GBP15 per successful lead accepted GBP20 after hitting target of 15 accepted leads. Target is to hit 2 accepted leads per day.

* Mon-Fri hours, no weekend work! (Rotating shifts 10am to 8pm)
