Sous Chef - Gastro Pub - Victoria, London
Our Client:
The Pub serves up great food and beer in grand, stylish surroundings, with high ceilings and chandeliers offering clues to the building's opulent past. They are famous for their lovingly homemade pies, we offer some of the best pub food in the area. They like to keep things beautifully simple - using the best, freshest ingredients to create classic, tried and tested menu of favourites.
Package
* Salary GBP25,000 per annum
* Tips (Roughly GBP2000 per annum)
* Chef whites provided
* Scholarships & Training if required
* 15% discounts in all there Pubs
* 28 Days Holiday a year
We are recruiting for a hard working Sous Chef who has the drive to progress and enhance their own careers. You will be passionate about fresh seasonal produce and be keen to learn more about new preparation and cooking techniques.
Other key characteristics:
* Passion for detail and presentation
* Ideal next step for a Junior Sous Chef with at least 2 years' experience
* An extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques
* Calm and well mannered
* A proven track record in high volume pubs would be preferred
