Key Deliverables Reception cover as requiredFormatting reports for the Executive Engineering TeamProduction of Electrical and Mechanical specifications paying particular attention to continuity of style, liaising with Engineer on Client requirement. You will have a keen eye for detail.Assisting with bid proposalsAssisting with preparation of Pre Qual documentationAssisting with clients and visitors to the firm in a polite and efficient mannerAssist with and ensuring that meeting rooms are cleared following meetingsEnsuring that the meeting rooms, reception area and kitchen areas are kept tidy at all timesOrdering of refreshments and lunches for meeting rooms and conferences, etc. and assisting with their provision when necessaryAssisting with Nexus Project and Enquiry entriesScanning Drawings and images for the Executive Engineering TeamAdditional Ad-Hoc administrative support to the wider team.Assisting other members of staff by sharing knowledge relating to working practices About you The successful candidate will need to be passionate and driven You will need to be enthusiastic, have a flexible approach to work and be a strong team playerGood communicator with strong interpersonal skillsGood eye for detail, confident and able to build strong working relationships at all levelsAble to take own initiative, deal with difficult situations calmly and deliver when other members of the team are absent from the officePC/IT skills - working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet skills and e-mail proficiency requiredExcellent ability to organise and multi-taskGood work ethic when handling confidential documents and information Why work for us?
