Our client is one of the UK's leading facilities maintenance companies and they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Administrator/Help Desk to join their team on a new contract based in North West London...Good general administration skills & telephone manor .Sound knowledge of Word Excel & Powerpoint.The ideal candidate will have experience with working with either Maximo or Concept CAFM system.You must have worked within the facilities maintenance (FM) industry previously.You will be required to re-schedule the planned works, create asset surveys and the reports on the system.You will be responsible for overseeing the helpdesk.The working hours are 8am - 5pm.The salary is GBP26000 - GBP28000 per annumIf you looking for a new position and this is of interested, please apply to this advert with an up to date version of your CV and we will be in touch
