General duties will include switchboard, meeting and greeting visitors, post and providing a level of administration support to HR Advisor. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Receptionist and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Working hours are 08:15-12:30 Monday-Friday.Salary:Additional hours worked will be paid at a basic hourly rate. Holidays 25 days plus Bank and Public Holidays. Applicants must be willing to cover holiday and absence for the afternoon receptionist in order to ensure reception is covered at all times. No extra payment will be covered for holiday cover however absence will be paid at a basic hourly rate.
