A design-led and innovative company that fuse the conservative, traditional flooring branch with a boundless creativity of the world of fashion are seeking a hard-working, motivated and personable Showroom/Sales Support Manager to join their friendly team in London. This role would suit an independent and confident decision maker, who can communicate effectively with both architects/designers and flooring contractors. They are seeking an enthusiastic, commercially minded candidate who is committed to the success of the London showroom and sales support. Key responsibilities of the Showroom/Sales Support Manager Delivering first class customer service in every aspect of the roleMaximising sales by keeping the showroom standards at an exceptional levelHandling customer enquiries professionally Showroom Manager duties Meet, greet and look after all clients into the showroomEnsure all samples, display and mock up areas are immaculate at all timesSetting up showroom daily and responsible for locking up at the end of the dayHousekeeping/facilitiesManage annual showroom budget and monthly reportDevise and deliver annual showroom plan, including monthly updates and major annual showroom updateAssist Marketing Manager with adhoc tasks as required Sales Team SupportAssist team with both in showroom and off-site eventsArrange catering for events and presentations as requestedEnsure excellent product knowledgeSchedule, organise, promote and host showroom events and function Key requirements of the Showroom/Sales Manager Exceptionally high level of customer careExperience in customer serviceKnowledge/interest in the design industryExperience using a MacComputer skills including competence in Word, Excel and PowerpointAbility to work autonomously and take full responsibility for the showroomCreative mindAttention to detail, organised and passionateExcellent verbal and written communication skills Please get in touch for more info on this role, contact Alicia Moore, Creative Support at Adrem Group
