HR AssistantGBP22,000 - GBP24,000CITYTHE COMPANY:A City based law firm are looking to recruit a HR Assistant into the Reward & Benefits team, they would be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day Reward and Benefits activities. The role also assists the wider central HR Administration team. THE ROLE:Payroll- Administer all monthly payroll processing.- Ensure secure data transfer to outsourced payroll providers.- Respond to payroll related queries from UK based employees and the HR team.- Process all monthly payroll reports for flexible benefits providers and pension Automatic Enrolment.- Ensure all payroll administration processes are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure smooth running of monthly payrun.- Reconcile and confirm payment of pension contributions on a monthly basis.- Extensive use of the on-line payroll system and payslip functions including releasing monthly payslips and re-setting password and username details.- Assist with monthly payroll audit.Benefits- Day to day administration of the flexible benefits scheme, including the administration associated with the annual renewal process.- Process all reward and benefits data through the payroll system and ensure this data is kept up-to-date.- Respond to benefits related queries from employees, providers and the HR team.- Ensure all benefits administration processes are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.- Run all monthly reports and load to Secure Data Transfer site.- Liaise with pension providers and organize monthly 1-2-1 sessions.- Processing of benefit requests such as Season Ticket Loans, Private Medical Insurance, Cycle to Work Scheme, etc.- Keep up-to-date records of membership details for all benefits.Compensation- Assist with the preparation of salary review and bonus letters.- Overall support to the Reward & Benefits team throughout the annual salary and bonus review process.- Filing of salary and bonus review letters to electronic employee files.- Ensure all salary and bonus payments are uploaded and maintained on HR and payroll systems.General- Production of confidential documents and sensitive information for senior members of the HR team, managers and partners. Ensure all details are proof-read before circulation.- Open, screen and distribute incoming mail for the HR team.- Scanning and photocopying as required. - Set up and maintain files in an efficient manner, ensuring that they are appropriately named, categorized, up to date, in chronological order and tidy.- Diary management for the Reward & Benefits team.- Respond to general HR queries.- Assisting the HR team with reward & benefits information and advice at induction.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of benefit details.- Project work within the scope of the post-holder's abilities.- Support for the wider HR team.Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
