Excellent HR Administrator position.Kingswinford.Part time 15 to 20 hours per week.Temporary On Going.GBP10.00 per hour.I am recruiting for a HR Administrator for my client based in the Kingswinford area.The role is part time 15 to 20 hours per week based on a temporary on going basis.JOB DESCRIPTIONReporting directly to the company secretary offering a full range of HR support in the following areas: -Staff training and personal development programmesAdministration of staff holidays, sickness and absenteeismStaff appraisalsEmployment contractsEnsuring the companies Health and Safety policy meets current and future legislation.Updating companies staff hand book, expense guidelinesSupporting the company secretary with the annual BSI audit to ensure Allied policies and processes meet the current standard.General administration duties.PERSON SPECIFICATIONExperience & KnowledgeLong history in Human Resources administrationUnderstanding of employment rights and grievance proceduresExperience of producing accurate employment/contractual documentationKnowledge of general IT systems and applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and company databases.Experience of producing letters and documentation using information technology.Skills and AbilitiesAble to provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts at all levelsAbility to deal sensitively and appropriately with confidential informationAbility to undertake notes/minutes at meetingsQualifications:A good standard of education with a high level attained in English GCSE and HR specific courses.To apply for this exciting opportunity email your CV Adecco is an equal opportunities employerAdecco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
