Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their inbound contact centre on a full time basis. Working within a medium sized contact centre the ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be looking to liaise with clients on a daily basis over the telephone and via email communication. Previous experience can be within an office or retail environment as long as you can show your desire and ability to offer a fantastic customer service experience. Key Responsibilities: To receive and action customer calls in an efficient and professional manner at all times.Accurately log all customer fault calls. Hours of work: Each employee works one of the following shifts Monday - Friday; 8.00am - 4.30pm, 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm and must work one late shift every 4 - 6 weeks, 9.30am - 6.00pm. Full time salary based on a 37.5 hour week is GBP17,000. We are seeking candidates that enjoy a customer orientated position.
