Customer Service AdvisorsGBP7.43 p/hTemporary to Permanent 12 weeksImmediate start opportunitiesOur client, a well known fashion retailer based on the outskirts of Leeds is currently looking to recruit a number of motivated Customer Service Advisors to join its rapidly expanding team in Leeds. As a Customer Service Adviser you will be working on behalf of several fashion brands and working in a busy, modern contact centre environment dealing with a high volume of customer queries.This is a role taking inbound calls, providing customer service support over the telephone. You will also be processing and tracking customer orders, dealing with any online web issues and investigating and resolving complaints.The ideal candidate for this role will have:* Previous experience within a customer facing or telephone based role* Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve* Have the ability to build rapport over the phone. * Applicants from a retail background, including bar work will also be considered for the roles. You must be flexible to work between 8am and 9pm Monday - Sunday. In return you will receive a weekly salary, holiday entitlement and free on site parking.
