A friendly HR team require an additional HR Assistant who will be responsible for providing a full generalist HR administration service to all Managers within this vibrant organisation. About The Role A full training contract will be given. The role will include; Assisting the HR Business Partner in delivery of all HR policies.Support the Employee Engagement Specialist initiatives.Aid all new recruits through their probationary period, ensuring review meeting are diarised and carried out.Providing support in new and ongoing HR projects.Preparation of reports for HR on key KPI & SLA's.Maintaining accurate HR records. Have a good background in Mathematics and English at GCSE level. Experience would be favourable but is not a requirement.
