About the role As part of the Business Partnering team, this role is responsible for providing invaluable operational and advisory HR support to HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees within Close Brothers Banking Division. Key Responsibilities will include: Operational Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation working with Recruitment BPs to ensure effective onboardingDeliver key HR processes including absence, probations, employee changes and leaversProcess statutory leave requests and provide advice as requiredUpdate HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintainedProduce ad hoc reports for managers and project teams as requestedCarry out audit and checking activities as requiredEnsure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processesMake sure all documents are recorded appropriately and filed securely Advisory/Support/Project Act as key point of contact for HR queries providing guidance on HR policy, process and operating procedures to employees and managersEscalate any sensitive issues to the HR BP as appropriateAnswer email and telephone queries from employees, managers and HR BPs or escalate as appropriateProvide support and assistance to the Associate HRBPs and HR BPs when dealing with employee queries or people initiativesProduce salary and bonus letters in line with the Compensation Review timetableCarry out exit interviews and feedback to the HR BP and Line Manager.Carry out note taking for employee relations meetings as required by the HR BP Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required. About you This entry level position would suit a recent Human Resources Management graduate looking to pursue a career in HR, or those working towards a CIPD/CPP qualification with some level of work experience.
