Service Delivery Manager
40 hours per week

Our client is part of the largest social landlord in Wyre Forest. Set up in 2009, they work with local people, community leaders and partners to improve the lives of individuals, families and communities in need and living in Wyre Forest and Worcestershire.
To take forward their success they are seeking to appoint an experienced Service Delivery Manager for the Building Better Opportunities contract, to provide high performance and innovative project leadership and management in this exciting area. The post will be responsible for all aspects of delivery and project management of the contract.
You will have experience of working in outstanding teams and have the ability to motivate partners, employees and participants to be successful. If you have a thorough understanding of Big Lottery and ESF contract, project management, delivering high quality contract management that builds outstanding levels of attainment then join our clients' dedicated team.
High standards and excellent communication skills are essential to working in a high performance driven department. You will be passionate about making a difference and have strong occupational competence and understanding. You will possess the personal and professional skills and attributes to ensure that robust performance management ensures this project is a success.
This is a 24 month fixed term contract and will be funded by the Lottery and European Social Fund.
This is a challenging post and will require you to be innovative. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high quality service and an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community
