Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Planned Maintenance - Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor - Planned Maintenance
My client is one of the UK's largest main contractors with a turnover in excess of GBP2BN, my client has both national and global coverage.
My client undertakes a variety of projects which encompass all areas of construction, refurbishment, facilities management and civil engineering.
My client is now looking to bolster their commercial team within the social housing division for planned and cyclical repairs. My client is seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially assist the Commercial Manager on a GBP200M, (phased over four years) for a strategic repairs and maintenance contract for a local housing association.
Senior Quantity Surveyors will be working on planned works from procurement through to final accounts. Senior quantity Surveyors must have experience in working on social housing projects and ideally have worked on the Nat Fed 6.1.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK most recognised contractors on a four year framework and so offers long term work.
