Our Client, a specialist supplier of quality building products, is currently looking to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to ensure branches are assigned to the area to achieve sales, margin and profits in relation to agreed budgets.

Main responsibilities will include:

To ensure set financial targets are achieved with regard to:

Sales
Profitability / Margin
Debt / Credit levels

To ensure stock is controlled with regard to:

Stock value & branch turnover (Stock turns)
Customer requirements
Accuracy of stocktaking

Management, training and motivation of the Branch Managers in the successful application of their job scope
Implementation of the operational requirements and procedures for the launch new product ranges within the branch network
To assist in the development and application of processes and procedures designed to further enhance the effective working practices of the branch network.
Maintain Health and Safety standards inline with current legislation
Ensure a high standard cleanliness and tidiness throughout the branch network
Recording and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as required by Operations Director
To provide support for additional tasks as determined by the Operations Director
