At Connaught Education, we deal with all levels of an organisation. We recruit qualified teachers, classroom support, administrative staff, and senior management and leadership roles and deal with permanent or supply roles, on a short or long term basis. We work with schools in the UK and abroad.

We are now looking for a researcher to join our London office for an exciting, varied and flexible role with great potential for progression for the right person.

Job Description

Reporting to: London Manager

1. Responsibilities:
* Candidate generation as dictated by the needs of the market and particular shortage areas
* Job lead generation
* After training and induction, you will start to support recruitment within a larger territory
serviced by multiple consultants. You will be given specific assignments to work on initially
and in time, depending on performance, can help bring on new work through business
development as well. You will have the opportunity to become a full 360 recruitment
consultant within the education sector we serve
* You will take part in candidate screening and interviews
* General administration and database work: registering candidates, applying for
references, analysing data from the client/candidate database
* Other ad hoc admin and marketing tasks as dictated by the manager

2. Performance Measures:
* Quantity and quality of new candidates found
* Successful and smooth registration of candidates in accordance with company compliance policy
* After a period of time, you will be measured against a sales target of placements made
* General competence in carrying out ad hoc administration, marketing and database tasks

3. Key Interfaces:
* RDB Pro Net, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, broadbean
* Relevant team members
* Branch and Senior Management
* School management and HR
* Candidates: teachers, senior management, support staff etc

4. Experience Required:
* Extensive use of Microsoft office suite and internet applications (essential)
* Experience in a fast-paced, commercial role (desirable)

5. Competencies / Skills Required (above core):

* Intelligent, strong attention to detail, effective analytical and reasoning skills

* Strong numeracy skills
